She is the best-selling author of the "2 Day Diabetes Diet along with "Belly Fat Diet For Dummies," and “Walking Off the Weight For Dummies”. She is also the co-author of "Flat Belly Cookbook For Dummies." She is a sought after speaker, spokesperson, and nutrition consultant with a specialization in the areas of diabetes, weight management, pre and post natal nutrition, sports nutrition, and cardiovascular disease. She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Diabetes Educator and currently serves on the Nutrition Advisory Board for the College of Saint Elizabeth. Susan Gralla, RD

Susan Gralla serves as Nutrition Director of the Vernon Nutrition Center at Montvale (Bergen County location). She is a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, Certified Specialist in Pediatric and Adolescent Weight Management and Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association. She promotes optimal health and wellness for the whole person and has recently completed training in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy. Susan�s areas of specialization include the management of adult and pediatric obesity, diabetes education, cholesterol and hypertension management, intestinal disorders and food allergies. In addition to individualized counseling, Susan has brought the Belly Fat Diet for Dummies program to corporations offering education and motivation to their employees in a group setting. She is also an active volunteer; serving as a Patient and Family Centered Care Advisor and providing nutrition services to charitable organizations within the community.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Marymount College of Fordham University. Academic honors include the Food and Nutrition Department Medal and graduating Summa cum Laude from Fordham University. Susan completed additional training in the Supervised Practice in Dietetics Program at the College of Saint Elizabeth. There she was recognized as completing the program with distinction and received the Award of Academic Excellence.
